Cryptic Ink provides tattoo services, piercing services, consultations, aftercare information, appointment scheduling, gift card purchases, promotional offers, customer communication, and other related services. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 168years of age to receive tattoo services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and accompanied by the required parent, legal guardian, or documentation. Piercing services are subject to applicable state and local laws regarding age requirements and parental consent.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Appointments and Consultations
Appointment requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Cryptic Ink. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, cancel, or modify appointments at our discretion.
Free consultations may be offered based on artist availability. Consultation availability does not guarantee future appointment availability.
Deposits, when required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Payments
All prices, fees, deposits, gift cards, and service charges are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been approved. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services and collection efforts where permitted by law.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable only for services or products offered by Cryptic Ink unless otherwise specified.
Gift cards:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- Are not replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use occurs.
- May be subject to expiration restrictions only where permitted by applicable law.
- May not be resold without written authorization.
6. Text Messaging and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications related to appointments, consultations, account activity, customer service, reminders, verification codes, and other business-related communications.
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier.
You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by following the instructions included in the message. Transactional messages related to active appointments, account verification, security, or ongoing services may continue where permitted by law.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Tattoo and piercing services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, dissatisfaction with results, healing complications, scarring, pigment changes, jewelry issues, and other unforeseen outcomes.
Individual healing results vary. Cryptic Ink makes no guarantee regarding healing times, final appearance, color retention, or long-term results.
Customers are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the studio or artist.
10. Medical Information
Information provided on our website, social media pages, printed materials, or during consultations is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, allergies, skin conditions, medications, or healing complications.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cryptic Ink website and related services, including logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, designs, software, and branding, is the property of Cryptic Ink or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
